What makes Florida special? Being a truly magical place that brings families together and creates lasting memories. Being here is a great excuse to be a kid again! Plus the great weather that allows you to enjoy an outdoor life with your family. I also want to mention about the wonderful and vast wildlife and the many activities that a family can explore together.

What is the Ellis Exclusive difference? Simply… we care! We aim to treat your Florida experience as if it was our own. We provide a bespoke service for families to try and reduce the stress of traveling with little ones. I remember my first trip with Isaac (then 7 months old) and it was a stressful time.

Favourite Florida attraction: There are so many to choose from… However, my favorite ride is Soaring. I love all 4D rides and shows. I’m not a thrill seeker when it comes to rides… one day I might get on hulk, but at the moment standing next to the ride is enough! My favorite non-park activity is Medieval Times; I love seeing my boys faces when they are watching the dinner show. It’s a great family show and we can all get involved in the action!

If I could spend the day doing something, I’d… switch off my phone and my emails and have a pool day with my friends and family. Enjoying a BBQ. Great company, great food and drink and catching up with everyone… a perfect day 🙂

Name: Sonya Ellis

Role: Property Manager (Florida). My job is to make sure all our homes are kept to a high standard. I look after the guests when they arrive in Florida.

What makes Florida special? The good weather seems to make everyone happy. There is just a good vibe in Florida and it’s great to see families spending time together and enjoying each others’ company. I love it when I see guests playing in a pool and you see every generation getting in on the fun, from great grandpa to the youngest member in the family.

What is the Ellis Exclusive difference? We are a family business and we put our heart and souls into the business to make sure all our guests have a great time. We really go the extra mile for all our guests.
Favourite Florida attraction: Working… lol! No, really, I love all the rides. I am a thrill-seeker when it comes to rides, not like my sister Lisa who like the smaller rides.

If I could spend the day doing something, I’d… spend a day relaxing around the pool and then finish it off by shopping!

Name: Martha Partida

Role: Supervisor (Florida). I help with housekeeping, guest liaison and general vacation rental business. I’m bi-lingual so I often liaise with Ellis Exclusive Villa’s Spanish-speaking guests.

What makes Florida special? Florida has something for everyone! It is the best place to visit. You can find authentic food from all over the world. Florida’s amazing beaches are very hard to beat. That’s why I love Florida.

What is the Ellis Exclusive difference? Because of the love and care we put into our job. We cater to every need.

If I could spend the day doing something, I’d… wait until October and spend an evening at the Halloween Horror Night when it opens at Universal – definitely my favourite Florida attraction!

Name: Gill Nisbet

Role: Married to Rick for 22 years & mum of 3 boys Lewis (20) Oliver (16) and Elliot (9) and my little girl Darcy my Cocker Spaniel (2).
I am currently based in our office in the UK along with Lisa in Guest Reservations.

What makes Florida special? A bit predictable, but for me it’s definitely the sunshine the excitement of the parks. Such a special place for families to enjoy their down time, with beautiful beaches to explore and restaurants to sample too.

What is the Ellis Exclusive difference? Being able to make the most of your down time in a home from home environment with the little added luxuries that we all deserve on our vacation. My genuine aim is to make sure all of our guests enjoy the best that Florida has to offer and are completely happy during their stay. At Ellis Exclusive Villas we give the same service that we would wish to receive when booking our vacations.

If I could spend the day doing something, I’d… Enjoy a morning swim and play in the pool with the boys then off for a spa day on my own and finished off with a cocktail or two and a lovely meal out with by hubby.

Role: Guest Relations, Marketing, Sales, Office Management

What makes Florida special? How can you beat Florida’s diverse culture, delicious food, amazing scenery and out of this world entertainment parks and attractions. Where else can you be in a major city one day and snorkelling in hidden springs in underwater caves the next? Seeing a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral or being launched in the air yourself on a ride at Disney World? Such a vast amount of amazing gems to uncover all in one State, who wouldn’t want to visit Florida?
