With a 6500 sq. ft. clubhouse that boasts free computers, free wireless, games room with arcade, fitness centre, an activities and events lounge and Romy’s Bistro wine bar, you’ll not be short of things to do close to home. Close to the clubhouse there is also a shared pool, with jacuzzi, for the resort guests. If you are traveling with young children, you’ll really come to value the colourful playground and lovely children’s pool. If they are four years old or over, you can also make use of the resort’s kids club, which is located in the clubhouse, for a small fee.
Outside, there is a jogging track and anglers will enjoy the catch-and-release fishing lake but, even if you don’t fish, the lake – with its centrepiece fountain – is a real boon to the resort. It makes for a lovely location for a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Encantada is an attractive resort with tall Florida palms and landscaped gardens.
Additional concierge services can also be booked at the clubhouse, including a complimentary golf buggy shuttle service which operates between the individual properties and the clubhouse.
I love Encantada – the resort has a lovely feel. The clubhouse has a great café and hosts regular social events for guests. Its fantastic clubhouse offers guests a wonderful selection of amenities. Off the resort, the local area also plays host to a small flea market where you’ll find my all-time favourite smoothie store – a great walking-distance treat if you enjoy sampling a little local flavour.
