Everything you need to get you through your first night and morning at your Orlando vacation rental: cereal, milk, coffee, snacks, etc.
Stay Connected with Free Wi-Fi
All our homes have Wi-Fi so you can stay connected while on vacation. We never charge you extra for the Wi-Fi service.
Your Own Private Pool
All our vacation homes have their own private pool – so much nicer than getting back late from the parks and finding the hotel pool closed! Please note: we recommend you book and pay for pool heat if you are staying between October and April. Simply check the pool heat checkbox when booking. Condos don’t include a private pool, but do have access to a resort pool.
A Family-Friendly Company – Free Rental of Baby Accessories
We understand how much organisation it takes to travel with kids – so we offer a “tots go lightly” service. If you need a stroller, high chair, or travel cot while on vacation, please let us know in advance and we will provide what you need free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Free A/C
Stay cool in the Florida sunshine without paying more for the pleasure. All our homes come with air conditioning units and we never charge you extra for using the A/C.
24 hour Access
Express access into your vacation home with secure keyless or lockbox access. No need to collect keys from an office or agree a dedicated arrival time – giving your more flexibility and ensuring your arrival and check-in goes super smoothly.
Free Local & USA Calls
All our homes have a landline connection on which you can make local calls free of charge. Some even allow free calls to the UK – please check the property welcome manual or check with the Ellis Exclusive Villas before dialling.
Friendly 24 hour Service
The Ellis Exclusive Villas team is on hand 24/7 to help you whenever you need us. Our local team on the ground in Orlando works with local property managers so we can respond quickly.
Free Cable TV
All our homes have TVs with a free cable service. For more information about channels, or the number of TVs in the property, please check the property description when you book.
Private Laundry Facilities
Each of our homes has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board which guests are welcome to use – great for keeping on top of the laundry, especially if you are travelling with kids! Please note: you will need to provide your own laundry soap.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
All our homes have well-equipped kitchens, so you can easily cater for your family while you are away.
