Seasons is an attractive lakeside development in Kissimmee, just off the 192 highway. It isn’t a gated resort so it lacks a manned gatehouse, but the location, setting and facilities mean it is still one of our favourite Orlando communities. We like it so much that the Ellis Exclusive Villas headquarters is based here!
Because our offices are on Seasons, if you stay here we can respond even faster to any concerns you may have or any bookings or requests for our concierge services you may make. We also manage quite a number of the properties here, so it is a good choice if you are traveling in a large group and would like neighboring properties or properties that are just a short walk from each other.
Seasons maintains a wonderfully peaceful vibe, despite being just off the 192 – a bustling arterial route through Kissimmee lined with a wide range of shopping and dining locations, and which takes you straight to the theme parks.
If you are traveling with kids, the lakeside walk and jogging track is a lovely place to take a stroll, particularly to help them wind down after a busy day at the Orlando amusement parks. There is a children’s playground within the grounds and you’ll also find a range of family-friendly activities nearby, including: a petting zoo, themed restaurants, and stables offering horse-riding activities.
It’s a great bonus that you can walk to the local Walmart from Seasons (a rare luxury!) – just remember to wear a hat and sunscreen and take a water bottle with you if you attempt the short walk in high summer!
Anglers who stay here can fish in the ‘catch and release’ lakes in the development. Golfers can find a number of local golf courses just a short drive away. Really, Seasons offers something for everyone and we can’t recommend it highly enough – especially if you’re taking your first trip to Orlando. Season’s fantastic location in the heart of Kissimmee makes it really easy to get around and explore everything Orlando has to offer while still coming home to a peaceful and attractive base at the end of a busy day.
